Intelligent Surveys

CC Informatics is an engineering discipline specialist, combining our experience in data collection using UAVs, crawlers and ROVs with expertise in data processing, data science and machine learning. We provide ground-based, aerial and submersible surveys, alongside follow-on and standalone data-processing solutions.

Survey Capabilities

CCI can assist with data collection using a range of methods to reduce health, safety and environmental (HS&E) risks, as well as the temporary works costs associated with surveys on large infrastructure projects.

Aerial Survey

Leveraging the power of UAVs to collect large datasets while reducing the need for scaffolding and working at height.

Tunnels and Culverts

Using UAVs and other robotic systems to collect data in confined tunnels and culverts, reducing the need for entry into confined spaces.

Shaft Surveys

Collecting data from shafts using bespoke robotic systems, removing the need to work at height or enter confined spaces.

Photogrammetry

Using comprehensive photographic data to create 3D representations of infrastructure, which can then be used to produce 2D engineering outputs.

Confined Surveys

Manual collection of photographic datasets for specialist applications in tunnels and culverts.

ROV and Waterborne Surveys

Using and developing waterborne and ROV robotic systems to support data collection in water, reducing the need for divers.
